2. You’ll receive an email with your student discount code within 2 hours of completing the form.
3. If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder.
4. Enter the discount code at the checkout page to enjoy 15% off your order.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Unlimited Use: You can use your student discount every time you shop at Minga.
- Validity Period: The student discount code is valid for 1 year from the date of receipt. Make sure to use it before it expires.
- Eligibility: The student discount is available only while you are an active student. If your student status changes, you will no longer be eligible to apply for or use the discount code.
- Restrictions: The student discount code cannot be applied to delivery charges, sale items, or combined with any other offers.
If you don’t have an institutional email address, simply send a photo of your Student ID Card to us via email at info@mingalondon.com. The ID card must include the expiration date. If it doesn’t, you can send us an Enrolment Letter or other proof that confirms your current student status. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder for our reply.
If it has been over 2 hours since you applied and you’ve followed all the steps, but you still haven’t received your code, first check your junk or spam folder. If the issue persists, contact us at info@mingalondon.com, and our customer service team will assist you.
If your student email address is invalid or produces an error, please reach out to our customer service team at info@mingalondon.com. Include your student email address and a photo of your Student ID Card in your message. If your ID card doesn’t display an expiration date, please provide an Enrolment Letter or other proof of your current student status. Double-check that your email address was entered correctly, as even a small typo can cause issues. Also, check your junk or spam folder for our response.
Absolutely! Part-time students are also eligible for the student discount. Simply provide proof of your enrollment, such as a Student ID Card, during the application process.
