The points you get from your purchases shows as pending right after your order, and moves into your total after 30 days. As for the points for referral, those become available after the person you’ve referred places an order. All other points show up instantly.

Cancelled: These points won’t be added to your account, such as when an order is cancelled or fully refunded.

Yes, the points earned will expire after 12 months of inactivity. However, your tier status will remain the same.

Yes, purchases made within 6 months before you joined Minga Club can count, as long as they were placed using the same email address as your Minga Club account. We don’t transfer points from purchases made under a different email, so make sure you use the email you’d like your account tied to when you sign up.

At any time, as long as you have the points needed available. Please note, rewards cannot be redeemed with pending points. Once you redeem an item, you can add to your next order. Reward items cannot be shipped separately.

On your Minga Club members page, click “Get Reward” on the one you want, then place an order, and your reward will be applied at checkout as part of that purchase. Rewards can’t be redeemed on their own; they’re always claimed alongside an eligible order.

Minga Club has three tiers: Inside, Floor, and Backroom. Each one requires a specific number of points to unlock. The higher your tier, the better your benefits, giving you more access, more exclusive rewards, and earlier entry to drops and sales.

As soon as you reach a tier, you will automatically start unlocking all its benefits. You can check your benefits and rewards in your Minga Club account section.
